Lighted Cabinets with Mother of Pearl Inlays, Custom Stained Walnut

Designed to fit a very particular multilevel space and to match existing fixtures' colors. This custom stained walnut-wood his/hers master-closet includes custom built doors and drawers with mother-of-pearl inlay, custom designed remote controlled lighting with dimmer, jewelry boxes, hidden hampers, and 180°-open doors for blind corners.

Traditional white master closet in historic 1896 DuPage County Courthouse residence. Lighted with 221 feet of LED strips flush mounted in panels and shelves. LED uplighting illuminates 11 feet high ceiling. Shaker drawer fronts, deco panels and frames with fluted glass and mirrors. Stone top and traditional crown molding at 105" high. Emerald brushed nickel handles and hardware.

Black Master Closet with granite top island, 3 hampers, mirrored doors, crown molding, variable height swivel ironing board, tie and belt storage cabinet, in-floor safes, and velvet lined jewelry drawers.

Garage Complete Makeover - Multiuse Garage

Complete makeover of concrete masonry unit space with center floor drain presenting cracked and sprawled concrete. 
Project required thin coat of polymer added concrete surface repair, three push peers to stabilize south east corner of masonry wall on bedrock and new windows. Makeover includes taupe HandiWall wall, matching taupe paint to ceiling, frequency cabinet material, 11 foot long one-piece maple butcher block top, over counter flush mounted LED lighting and snap down floor with diamond pattern tiles on perimeter and free flow open weave tiles in center for snow melting and water runoff of cars to drain under floor while top surface stays clean and dry. One piece pulled down screen retractable door by advance screen works.

Full room conversion for a playroom with storage and organization systems for toys and games. Bunk space and stair case built for access and play time on top of the shelving systems. Hanging cocoon swing installed. Pressed foam floor. At clients request, custom paint job applied to make the walls of the system look like a castle.

Also built a family gym. Our team built the walls to separate the spaces, installed press foam floor, handle bars, mirror and climbing wall for the kids.

This 64" wide pantry gets fresh paint and a new white organizer that includes 3 - 16" deep pull-out shelves for canned goods, brushed chrome baskets with bottom liners for fruits and vegetables, tapered top for accessibility above the door and 2mm PVC edge banding for durability and smooth edges.

Marina City, Chicago

Small closet solutions in character for a historic Chicago landmark.

The Marina City complex was designed in 1959 by architect Bertrand Goldberg and completed in 1964 at a cost of $36 million, financed to a large extent by the union of building janitors and elevator operators.  When finished, the two towers were both the tallest residential buildings and the tallest reinforced concrete structures in the world.  Marina City was also the first building in the United States to be constructed with tower cranes.  The complex was built as a city within a city, featuring numerous on-site facilities including a theatre, gym, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, several stores and restaurants, and, of course, a marina.
