Terms and Conditions:


Credit Card Payments – If your deposit is made by credit card, you authorize Simple Solutions to charge your credit card the amount due upon completion of installation.


Final Payment - Payment of the remaining balance is due upon installation. If a service call is required, 10% of the balance or $1,000, whichever is less, may be withheld pending the satisfactory completion of the service call.


Backing - Systems do not include backing unless requested and specified on the signed drawings.


Panels - Panels will have all holes drilled for maximum adjustability unless “selective borings” are requested and specified on the signed drawings.


Change after signed Proposal - Changes made after you have approved the design and given a deposit will incur a change fee and may delay your installation date.


Backorders - All of our products are custom produced and often require parts to be ordered. In the case of a manufacturer's backorder, Closet Furnishings will notify the client as soon as possible and could result in a delay in the scheduled installation date.

Closet Contents - All personal property is to be removed by the client prior to the arrival of our installation crew.


Cancellation - Cancellation of any portion of this order after receipt by Closet Furnishings will incur cancellation charges up to and including forfeiture of your deposit and any additional cost of materials if such materials have been cut, customized, or ordered specifically for your order.


Customized Orders – Orders that are customized or cut for a specific client’s use are not returnable and no cash nor credit will be given for the return of such orders or materials.


Installation - Our current lead-time is 3-4 weeks from date of your deposit and approval of proposal. Custom items may require additional lead times. If you wish to change your installation date, we require a minimum of 7 business days’ notice prior to your original date, or you will be charged a $250 rescheduling fee.

Walls, ceilings and floors are often out of square and not level. It may be necessary to add shims to make the system level in these situations. We measure and manufacture for the best possible fit, but some things are beyond our control.

Due to customized nature of our systems, on-site cutting area will be required. We will take necessary precautions with our cutting equipment to control and minimize the dust amounts.


Customer Supplied Handles – Any Customer Supplied handles must be delivered to Closet Furnishings at least 7 days before scheduled installation. If not supplied, a $125 per hour labor rate will be charged for installing handles on-site.


Service Elevators – All scheduling and reservations of Service or Freight elevators for the day of installation is responsibility of client. If not properly reserved installation will require to be rescheduled and be charged a $250 rescheduling fee.


Damages – Closet Furnishings shall be liable for direct damages it causes.  In no event shall Closet Furnishings be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages.
