Shipping and Handling

Shipping will be via freight paid by the customer, based on total order weight and receiving address. Customer will be provided shipping cost prior to sending, and may pay for it in their order or COD.

Any product damaged during shipping will be promptly replaced at no expense to the customer. In order for this to occur, customer must inspect all products upon receipt of order and report any damages on the carrier’s Bill of Lading. A copy of the damage report shall be emailed or faxed to Closet Furnishings, preferably with photos, to initiate the replacement order.

We will be more than happy to arrange for Local pickups.
